Shopping at Victorias Finest

Found a great item you absolutely want? Fantastic!

Now choose the colour and/or size you want and press “Add to cart.” Of course, you can continue shopping in peace; you can always return to your shopping basket by clicking on the shopping basket icon at the top right.
Please note: placing items in your shopping basket does not mean they are reserved.

Have you finished shopping? Then it's time to complete your order. Click on the shopping cart icon at the top right to view your items. On the next screen, you can adjust the quantities if necessary. Then click “Check out.” This will take you to the checkout page, where you can easily enter all your details in one place.

Please note: Once you have completed your order, it can no longer be changed. We will process your order immediately so you can have it in your hands as soon as possible.

Shipping costs at Victorias Finest

At Victorias Finest, we take care of the shipping costs. So you pay no shipping fees.
For returning items, you do have to pay the return shipping costs yourself.

Tracking your Delivery at Victorias Finest

Sure! We ship all your items with Track & Trace. You can track the status of your order via the order status page. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order has been shipped.
Please note that it may take a little while before the Track & Trace status becomes available.

Delivery times at Victorias Finest

At Victorias Finest, we strive for fast and safe delivery of our products. If you place an order before 3 PM on working days, we do our best to process it the same day. Many of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers.

Please note: Most products are shipped directly from our overseas warehouses, primarily located in Asia. Orders typically require 1–5 working days for processing before shipment. The average delivery time is 7 to 12 working days after processing. In rare cases, international customs inspections may cause slight delivery delays. We appreciate your understanding.

Not at home during delivery: what now?

If delivery of your parcel is not possible, it will be kept for you at the courier service's distribution centre for 7 days. You will be notified by the driver, including details about the pick-up location.
If this does not happen, please contact the transport company first. Of course, we are also here to help at info@victorias-finest.com.

Incorrect Address

It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is correct.
We do our best to process and ship orders quickly, so there is only a small window in which an address correction can be made. Please contact us immediately if you suspect the shipping address is incorrect.

Lost or Stolen Package

We are not liable for lost or stolen parcels. If the Track & Trace indicates that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please report this within 14 days of the indicated delivery date.
The courier will start an investigation, and we will keep you informed throughout the process.
