Every bag I’ve chosen over these past 29 years has been a piece of my heart. I truly hope yours brings you joy. But if for any reason it’s not quite right, I will do my very best to help.
Returns

Timeframe:
You have 30 days from the date you receive your bag to request a return. If more than 30 days have passed, I’m afraid I will not be able to offer a refund or exchange. Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. -
Condition:
To be eligible for a return, your bag must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. -
Process:
To begin a return, please email me at info@victorias-finest.com with your order number and a brief note about the reason for your return. I will reply with simple instructions and the return address. Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable.
Refunds

Inspection:
Once I receive your return, I will inspect it and send you a confirmation email. I will let you know if the refund has been approved. -
Processing:
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. This may take 7 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If your refund has not appeared, please check your account again, then contact your card provider or bank. Some delays are normal during processing. If you still have concerns, feel free to email me and I will be happy to assist.
Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your bag arrives damaged or defective, I will gladly arrange a replacement. Please email me at info@victorias-finest.com and I will guide you through the next steps.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once your returned item is received, I will send you a gift certificate by post.
