Every bag I have chosen over these past 29 years has carried a little piece of my heart. I truly hope yours brings you joy. But if for any reason it is not quite right, I promise to do my best to make things right for you.
Returns

Timeframe:
You have 30 days from the day you receive your bag to request a return. After 30 days, I am sorry that I will no longer be able to offer a refund or exchange. Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. -
Condition:
To be eligible for a return, your bag must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. -
Process:
To begin a return, please email me at info@victorias-finest.com with your order number and a short note about the reason. I will reply with clear instructions and the return address of our overseas warehouse. Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded.
Refunds

Inspection:
Once I receive your return, I will carefully check it and send you a confirmation email. I will then let you know if your refund has been approved. -
Processing:
If your refund is approved, it will be returned to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank or card provider, this may take up to 10 business days to appear. -
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not appeared, please check your account again and then contact your bank or card provider. Some delays are normal during processing. If you still have concerns, email me, and I will be glad to assist.
Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your bag arrives damaged or defective, I will gladly arrange a replacement. Please email me at info@victorias-finest.com and I will guide you through the next steps.
Gifts

If your bag was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, I will send you a gift certificate by post.
