We’re sorry to hear you’re not completely satisfied with your order. Our goal is to make your return experience as smooth and transparent as possible.
You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
Please note:

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns must be sent to our central warehouse overseas.

We strongly recommend using a Track & Trace shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
To return your item, follow these 3 steps:
Step 1 – Contact Us
Email us at info@victorias-finest.com with the following details:
• Your order number
• Reason for the return
• Photo (if item is damaged)
• Your full name and address
Step 2 – Ship the Return
Once we provide the return address, send your item back using a shipping method with a Track & Trace code.
Please do not return the item to the sender’s address, as this may delay your refund.
Step 3 – Receive Your Refund
Once we’ve received and approved your return, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.
Refunds are issued using your original payment method.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund:

The item must be in its original condition, with all packaging, labels, and tags intact.

The product must show no signs of use or wear.

Hygiene-related products must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.

If the item arrived defective, this must be reported immediately upon receipt.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if items are used, incomplete, damaged, or sent back without prior communication.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change. That’s why we allow cancellations within 3 hours of placing your order.
As we work with a fully automated fulfilment system, orders can only be cancelled within 3 hours of being placed. After this window, your order is automatically processed and sent for dispatch, and unfortunately, we are unable to cancel it.

All returns must be shipped to our overseas warehouse at the customer's expense.

We do not refund original shipping costs or any express delivery surcharges.

If your package is already in transit, please wait until you receive it before initiating a return.
