To keep your bag at its best, I suggest conditioning it every few months and storing it in a cool, dry place when not in use. If you ever have a question about caring for your bag, just let me know. How long do I have to return my order?

I want you to feel completely at ease with your choice. If for any reason your bag is not quite right, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and in its original condition. Simply email me at info@victorias-finest.com, and I will take care of everything.
